Caldera Care’s Spokane Falls Care facility in Spokane, WA is hiring a CNA/NAC for night and evening shifts. The role includes assisting residents with daily activities, hygiene, mobility, and meals, while reporting health issues to nurses and maintaining safety throughout the shift.

Requires current CNA certification and OBRA registry, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to lift and transfer residents.

Qualifications

• Current and valid CNA certification and OBRA registry are required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities are essential.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and maintain patient safety.
• Understand and follow patient care policies and regulations.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Observe residents and report health issues to supervising staff.
• Make beds and keep living areas clean and tidy.
• Transport residents within the facility.
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed.

Pay Range: $24.00 - $26.50/HR DOE

Shifts Available: NOC Mon-Fri, Evening Mon-Fri

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, turning and ambulating residents, help residents with personal hygiene, and providing plenty of fluids and nourishing meals throughout scheduled shift
• Observe residents and report any health issues to the supervising nurse
• Making resident's beds and keeping their living areas clean and tidy
• Transport residents within the facility
• Assist nurses and other staff as needed

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Qualifications and Skills:

• Current and valid CNA certification and OBRA registry
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fast and adaptive problem-solving abilities
• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
