Responsibilities

• Observe, administer, record, and report medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms and general condition.

• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Participate with team in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care.
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned.
