Regency Pacific is seeking a dedicated RN to join our exceptional team in Washington. The RN will provide medication assistance, nursing services, and staff supervision to ensure high-quality resident care in a home-like environment.

Responsibilities include training staff, supporting the director of nursing, and maintaining accurate resident care documentation while adhering to infection control and safety procedures. New grads are encouraged to apply.

$5,000 Welcome Bonus (FT) - Evening Shift

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As an RN, you will:

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

You Currently:

• Possess a current RN license in good standing
