Job summary

Regency Pacific Management in Spokane, WA is seeking an attentive Registered Nurse to oversee medication assistance, nursing services, and resident well-being.

You will train staff, supervise care, and ensure compliance with state regulations while promoting a home-like environment and residents' independence. New grads are encouraged to apply, with a benefits package including health, life, EAP, PTO and a 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support resident dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment.
• Assist residents with medication administration, ADLs, and other care per state regulations.
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine appropriate RN-level actions per state regulations.

Job description

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As an RN, You Will

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

• Possess a current RN license in good standing
