Job summary

Regency Monroe is seeking an RN to provide high-quality resident care and supervise nursing staff. Duties include medication administration, delivering nursing services, and supporting a home-like, respectful environment for residents.

New grads are encouraged to apply. Part-time (16-24 hrs/week) or PRN opportunities are available, with a focus on patient well-being and adherence to state regulations.

  • Possess a current RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

  • Train staff and assist the director of nursing
  • Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
  • Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self‑care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
  • Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
  • Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
  • Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
  • Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

As An RN, You Will
