Job summary

Valley Falls Terrace in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time, new hires through 12/31/26, with opportunities for full-time and part-time shifts across all schedules.

A nursing loan repayment program is available for full-time hires, and we welcome new graduates. As an RN, you will provide compassionate patient care, collaborate with the nursing staff, and ensure high standards of clinical practice.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in good standing with the state.
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed.

Posted Salary Range

USD $35.00 - USD $37.00 /Hr.

Wage Commensuration

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
