Job summary

Valley Falls Terrace in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in coordination with our nursing team. You will deliver compassionate care, collect patient data, and follow state nursing guidelines to ensure safety and comfort.

We offer a $4,000 sign-on bonus for full-time new hires through 12/31/26, loan repayment programs, and multiple shifts (full-time, part-time, PRN). New graduates are welcome; reliable transportation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state
• 1+ years of nursing experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred
• Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

• Works under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, Practice Guidelines and nursing judgment.
• Responsible for delivering nursing care to patients requiring care, collecting patient data, making observations and reporting pertinent information to the care of patients.
• Will also direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed

Posted Salary Range

USD $30.00 - USD $34.00 /Hr.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
