Job summary

Tutera Senior Living and Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to ensure efficient and compassionate nursing care for residents. The RN will lead nursing care during assigned shifts, supervise staff, and coordinate with physicians to achieve positive clinical outcomes and family satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have an active Illinois RN license, prior LTC/SNF/AL/MC experience preferred, and strong communication skills to maintain professional standards and resident

Qualifications

• Active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois.
• Prior experience in LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings preferred.
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care per state Nurse Practice Act and facility policy.
• Direct nursing care and supervision during assigned shift.
• Mentor and educate nursing personnel on best practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and medical professionals to ensure resident care.
