PRN Registered Nurse | RN

Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, you are responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. You will operate within the scope of practice defined by the state Nurse Practice Act. Your duties include resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts, staff assignments, mentoring and educating nursing personnel, and collaboration with physicians and other medical professionals.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with seniors
• Flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice in good standing
• Preferred prior experience as an RN in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
