Job summary

Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to manage nursing care delivery to the residents. Oversees other staff members in caring for those residents, follows the plan of care, and performs general nursing duties.

The role requires an RN license, current state licensure, and a strong foundation in geriatric nursing, long-term care, and rehabilitation. Night shifts are available with a $5/hour differential and excellent team support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure in the state of employment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation.

Shift Differentials:

• Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM): +$5.00/hour

Shelton Health and Rehabilitation Center (SHRC)is under new management. Our Skilled Nursing Facility has a full staff of dedicated leaders under new Administration and New Operations Management. SHRCis currently looking for qualified RNs to join our Nursing Program, and help lead our Team in 2026.
