Job summary

Highland Health & Rehabilitation in Bellingham, WA is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing team. This part-time night shift (10:00 PM–6:30 AM) provides supervision, medication administration, and patient care planning for residents.

Responsibilities include documenting in the clinical record, communicating with physicians, ensuring HIPAA compliance, and supporting families.

Qualifications

• Active Washington RN license.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or similar healthcare setting.
• Experience in long-term care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff and monitor residents.
• Administer and document medications as ordered.
• Document care plans and assessments in the patient record.
• Communicate with resident's physician and families.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect resident rights.
• Perform emergency measures including CPR as needed.
