St. Joseph’s Center in Hughestown, PA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time, on-site role at a community-based ICF/ID home.

The LPN will provide direct nursing care, monitor residents’ health, administer medications, and develop individualized care plans to support six residents in a compassionate, respectful environment. Responsibilities
