Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled, compassionate in-home nursing care in Sacramento, CA. You’ll work within a nurse-led team, developing patient-centered care plans and documenting progress in patients’ homes.

Ideal candidates hold a California RN license with CPR certification and a valid driver’s license. Home health experience is preferred but not required; PRN scheduling offers flexibility while maintaining clinical autonomy and patient dignity.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in California (CA RN).
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured vehicle.

Responsabilités

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

$54-$67/hr based on experience
