Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Cortez, CO to provide skilled, one-on-one in-home nursing care to individuals impacted by energy programs. You will develop and follow individualized care plans, document care activities, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient dignity and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in CO is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle are required.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
