Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver one-on-one, patient-centered in-home care in Madison, TN. You will work within a nurse-led, mission-driven team that prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes, supporting individuals impacted by DOE or Nuclear Energy programs.

You will develop and follow individualized care plans, document care and observations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulatory requirements.

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
