Nuclear Care Partners in Simi Valley is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled, one-on-one in-home care to former atomic energy workers, with a commitment to patient dignity and outcomes. You will work within a nurse-led team that values your contribution and flexibility in scheduling.

As an in-home RN, you will develop individualized care plans, document care accurately, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with DOL, CMS, and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in CA.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will make a meaningful impact by delivering skilled and compassionate, one-on-one, patient centered care directly in patients' homes. In this role you are supported by a mission-driven, nurse-led team that values your contribution and prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes.

Compensation

$52.00 - $59.00

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
