Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver skilled, one-on-one in-home nursing care to former atomic energy workers in Colorado. This PRN role supports a nurse-led, mission-driven team prioritizing patient dignity and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in CO.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
