Job summary

Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled, compassionate, one-on-one in-home care in Santa Fe, NM and surrounding areas. You’ll work within a nurse-led, mission-driven team that prioritizes patient dignity and outcomes, with scheduling flexibility and opportunities for mentorship.

Primary responsibilities include developing care plans, documenting care, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Current RN license in NM.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, in-home nursing care to assigned patients.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Accurately document patient care, observations, and updates.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.

Compensation

Compensation is based on experience, shift type, and market factors. The listed range reflects entry-level to highly experienced applicants.
