Job summary

Four Corners Regional Health Care Center in Blanding, Utah is seeking a compassionate RN or LPN for a part-time day shift (6 AM–6 PM) to support our SNF residents. You will provide 24/7 level of care, medication administration, and coordinated care with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing
• Strong communication with residents, families, staff
• Ability to make sound, independent decisions
• Solid knowledge of nursing best practices and medical procedures
• Understanding of state, federal, and local regulations for long-term care

Responsibilities

• Ordering medications, equipment, and supplies as prescribed
• Preparing and administering treatments and medications
• Communicating changes in condition to physicians and family members
• Performing skilled nursing services such as tube feedings, suctioning, catheterization, wound care, dressings, and irrigations
• Continuous monitoring of critically ill residents
• Acting as a resident advocate and ensuring care aligns with the care plan and personal wishes
• Completing accurate, timely charting and documentation.

Job Description (SNF Nursing)

As a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) nurse, you will provide comprehensive care for geriatric residents who require 24/7 support. Duties include:
