Job summary

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa is seeking a Nurse Assistant to support residents with daily care under licensed staff, including vital signs, mobility, and documentation.

The role requires completion of a Nurse Assistant Training Program with certification and the ability to obtain CNA within 120 days. Strong communication and compassion are essential for resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Nurse Assistant Training Program with certificate required.
• Ability to obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass required employment screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care and activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Help residents with walking, positioning, transfers, and mobility needs.
• Weigh residents and accurately document information.
• Respond to resident and family needs with compassion and professionalism.
• Work with the care team to promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being.
