Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home pediatric care for an 11-year-old boy in Rindge, NH. The role focuses on safe, comfortable care, with a strong emphasis on supporting daily activities and family collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have NH RN licensure, pediatric experience, and CPR certification, with the ability to work Monday–Friday evenings. This is a hands-on home care position offering meaningful, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Valid NH Registered Nurse license.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• G-tube care experience preferred.
• Experience caring for children with complex medical or physical needs preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely assist with the physical demands of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one nursing care in the client's home.
• Provide care and monitoring related to the client's G-tube.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide wheelchair-related care and assistance with mobility and positioning.
• Monitor the client's condition and report changes appropriately.
• Follow the individualized plan of care and physician-directed orders.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Communicate effectively with the family and healthcare team.
• Encourage participation in age-appropriate activities and support the client's overall quality of life.

Rindge, NH

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home care for an 11-year-old boy in Rindge, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring nurse who enjoys working with pediatric clients and is passionate about helping children live safe, comfortable, and fulfilling lives at home.

Our client is a non-verbal, wheelchair-dependent child who requires assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and ongoing skilled nursing support. He has a G-tube and requires attentive, compassionate care throughout his after-school routine.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, patient, and comfortable providing one-on-one care in a home setting while supporting the child's comfort, safety, independence, and overall quality of life.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 3:30 PM–9:30 PM

• 30 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate one-on-one nursing care in the client's home

Job Requirements
