Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one pediatric home care on a stable weekday schedule. Work Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM–6:00 PM in a family home, with no weekends or night shifts, offering predictable hours and a chance to build strong relationships with a child and caregivers.

You will supervise G-tube feeding, perform routine assessments, administer medications, and communicate closely with the family and care team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire.
• Pediatric home care or NICU/PICU experience preferred.
• Experience with G-tubes/enteral feeding required or willingness to be trained.
• Current CPR certification.
• Warm, patient, and comfortable working independently in a family home setting.

Responsibilities

Pediatric Home Care RN - Weekday Afternoons

We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one home care for a pediatric patient. This is a wonderful opportunity for an RN who wants consistent, predictable hours and the chance to build a lasting relationship with a child and their family - instead of juggling a rotating patient list.

Pay: $40 per hour

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
• Reliable, set hours every week - great for balancing family life, school schedules, per-diem work, or a second position
• No weekends, no nights, no on-call surprises

About the Role

You'll provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of the patient's home, including:

What We’re Looking For
