Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Augusta is seeking a compassionate pediatric home care RN for weekday afternoons in New Hampshire. You will provide one-on-one nursing care in the patient’s home, including G-tube feeding, assessments, and medication administration, with clear communication to families and the care team.

The role offers stable, set hours, Monday through Friday, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, with no weekends, nights, or on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire.
• Pediatric home care, NICU/PICU, or pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in the patient’s home.
• Perform G-tube feeding, care, and site monitoring.
• Conduct routine health assessments and vital sign monitoring.
• Administer medications as ordered and document care.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers and care team professionally.

We're looking for a compassionate, dependable Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one home care for a pediatric patient. This is a wonderful opportunity for an RN who wants consistent, predictable hours and the chance to build a lasting relationship with a child and their family — instead of juggling a rotating patient list.

Pay: $40 per hour

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Reliable, set hours every week — great for balancing family life, school schedules, per-diem work, or a second position
• No weekends, no nights, no on-call surprises

About the Role

You'll provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of the patient's home, including:

• G-tube feeding, care, and site monitoring
• Routine health assessments and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration as ordered
• Close communication with parents/caregivers and the care team
• A calm, nurturing presence during a busy after-school time of day

What We're Looking For

• Active RN license in New Hampshire
• Pediatric home care, NICU/PICU, or pediatric nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with G-tubes/enteral feeding required or willingness to be trained
• Current CPR certification
• Warm, patient, and comfortable working independently in a family home setting
• Reliable transportation
