Job summary

Interim HealthCare New Boston, NH is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing for an infant in New Boston, NH. The ideal candidate will have pediatric home care experience and a dedicated, caring approach.

Responsibilities include G-tube feeding management, suctioning, monitoring oxygen saturation as ordered, medication administration, and assistance with all ADLs. Strong communication and CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

This is a wonderful opportunity for a nurse who enjoys providing personalized, attentive care and building a trusting relationship with a child and family.

Position Details

• Position:Registered Nurse (RN) – Private Duty Nursing
• Location:New Boston, NH
• Schedule:Full-Time
• Patient:Infant
• Care Setting:One-on-one pediatric home care

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience providing care to medically complex pediatric patients, including:

• G-tube feeding and management
• Suctioning
• Monitoring oxygen saturation/pulse oximetry as ordered
• Medication administration and management according to the patient's care plan
• Assistance with allADLs (Activities of Daily Living)
• Providing safe, compassionate, and attentive one-on-one care
• Following the patient's individualized plan of care and communicating changes in condition appropriately

Pediatric home care or private duty nursing experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Current, validRegistered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Hampshire
• G-tube experience required
• Suctioning experience required
• Pediatric nursing or home care experience preferred
• At least one year of nursing experience within the last five years preferred
• CurrentCPR certification required
• Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills
