Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
• Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members.
• Administering medications and treatments while monitoring for adverse reactions.
• Recording and maintaining accurate medical records, vital signs, and nursing documentation.
• Monitoring residents' conditions and responding appropriately to changes in health status.
• Operating and monitoring specialized medical equipment as needed.
• Providing direct bedside nursing care with compassion and professionalism.
• Performing clinical procedures, including wound care, IV therapy, and catheter insertion.
• Educating residents and families about treatments, procedures, and ongoing care.
• Assisting with discharge planning and care coordination.
• Ensuring compliance with all nursing standards, facility policies, and state regulations.
