Job summary

Mill Creek Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, part of the Alliance Health Group family, seeks a dedicated RN to join a small, resident-centered skilled facility with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will provide bedside care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and collaborate with the care team to ensure resident comfort.

Day or evening shifts available (7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM). We offer top pay, attendance bonuses, daily pay, training, tuition assistance, and opportunities

Qualifications

• Must hold an active North Carolina RN license.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Commitment to resident-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care and resident comfort.
• Administer medications and monitor effects.
• Take and record vital signs accurately.
• Perform wound care and assist with procedures.
• Document care and report changes to physician.
• Monitor residents and respond to condition changes.
• Coach and support nursing staff as needed.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
