Job summary

Alliance Health Group's Cedar Hills Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation in Clemmons, NC is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver resident-centered care on a full-time basis. You will join a supportive clinical team and contribute to treatment planning, execution, and evaluation across shifts.

You’ll administer medications, monitor status, assist with pre/post-surgical care, manage equipment, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NC; CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized resident care plans.
• Administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, IV) and document accurately.
• Provide direct bedside care to residents with a wide range of medical needs, including pre- and post-surgical care.
• Monitor residents' clinical status and manage or adjust specialized equipment as needed.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in resident condition and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Perform wound care, catheter care, and IV starts as needed within scope of practice.
• Educate residents and families regarding procedures, treatment plans, and ongoing care.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation of all nursing care.
• Participate in discharge planning and care coordination with the interdisciplinary team.

What We’re Looking For

Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
