Job summary

Pine Acres Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation in Lexington, NC is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated nursing team. This full-time position offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a supportive, collaborative work environment.

The RN will assess residents, administer medications, coordinate with physicians and staff, educate families, and ensure accurate documentation to deliver high-quality, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care is preferred but not required.
• Strong assessment, clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy per physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor resident conditions, identify changes, and respond promptly with appropriate nursing interventions.
• Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, and other specialized treatments.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care.
• Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing healthcare needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents, families, and staff.
• Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care conferences as needed.

What You'll Do
