Alliance Health Group in North Carolina is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join Ridge Valley Center for Nursing. This full-time role focuses on resident-centered care within a supportive team environment.

You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans, administer medications, and participate in discharge planning, while maintaining high standards of documentation and patient education.

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Carolina.
Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Prepare and administer medications (oral, subcutaneous, and IV) and document accurately; report adverse reactions per policy.
Provide bedside care for a wide range of medical patients, including pre- and post-surgical cases.
Monitor and adjust specialized equipment; interpret and record electronic displays.
Initiate corrective action promptly when a patient displays adverse symptoms.
Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.
Educate patients on surgical procedures and ongoing care.
Record all medical information, vital signs, and care notes concisely, accurately, and on time.
Participate actively in discharge planning.
