Job summary

Regency Redmond is seeking a registered nurse to provide high-quality resident care in a supportive, home-like environment. The role includes medication assistance, supervising staff, and ensuring safety and dignity for residents.

You will work with a team to follow treatment plans, maintain infection control, and document care accurately while responding to health events within RN scope and state rules. New grads are welcome to apply, with shift differentials for evening and night hours.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing.
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, and a home-like environment for residents.
• Assist residents with ADLs, medications, treatments, and daily living activities while encouraging self-care.
• Ensure care aligns with resident treatment and service plans.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Review and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies and determine appropriate RN actions under state regulations.

Shift Differentials for EVE ($1) and NOC ($2) Working Hours!

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As An RN, You Will

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

• Possess a current RN license in good standing
