Job summary

Regency Monroe, a long-term care facility in Monroe, WA, is seeking an RN to support quality resident care. Responsibilities include medication administration, nursing services, staff training, and ensuring resident well-being.

We seek an RN with a current license in good standing; new grads are encouraged to apply. Part-time (16-24 hrs/week) or PRN opportunities available, with competitive wages and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

As An RN, You Will
