Job summary

Regency Laurel Hill in Grants Pass, Oregon, is seeking a Part-Time Evening Shift RN to provide essential resident care, medication assistance, nursing services and supervision of staff in a warm, home‑like setting.

You will train staff, support the director of nursing, and help maintain dignity, independence, and personalization for residents while following state regulations and infection control procedures.

Qualifications

• Must possess current RN license in good standing.
• New grads encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
• Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents
• Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations
• Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans
• Know and follow infection control and safety procedures
• Review, update and communicate resident care documentation.
• Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations

As an RN, you are essential to quality resident care. Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.

As An RN, You Will

• Train staff and assist the director of nursing
