Job summary

Interim HealthCare Northern CA, NV, OR is seeking an in-home Registered Nurse (RN) to perform supervisory visits for VA clients, with no OASIS requirements. You control your schedule and enjoy balance between work and family life.

Benefits include per-visit pay, mileage reimbursement, and tuition discounts through Rasmussen University. As an RN, you will assess plans of care during home visits, educate clients, coach families on safety, and relay updates to the office team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active CA RN license.
• CPR certification, Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen required.
• Knowledge of state and federal PCSS regulations; clinical proficiency in nursing specialty.
• Strong communication skills and compassion in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based visits to clients to review plan of care and update as needed.
• Educate clients on their plan of care.
• Coach family members on the client's plan of care and home safety.
• Communicate client changes and provide an updated plan of care to the office team.
