Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to perform in-home supervisory visits for VA clients across Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama, and Trinity counties in California. You’ll set your own schedule, enabling work-life balance while delivering patient-centered care during home visits.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans of care, educating clients on their plan, coaching families on home safety, and communicating changes to the office team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in CA.
• CPR certification, Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for PCSS.
• Clinical proficiency in nursing specialty, strong communication skills and compassion.
