Job summary

Interim HealthCare is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) for in-home supervisory visits to VA clients in Shasta, Siskiyou, Tehama, and Trinity Counties. You can set your own schedule and balance work with family life while delivering high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates are graduates of accredited nursing programs, hold an active CA RN license, and have CPR certification plus background checks. Travel is reimbursed and tuition discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN license in CA.
• CPR certification, Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations for PCSS.
• Clinical proficiency in nursing, strong communication skills and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based visits to clients to review plan of care and update as needed.
• Educate clients on their plan of care.
• Coach family members on the client’s plan of care and home safety.
• Communicate client changes and provide an updated plan of care to the office team.
