Job summary

Interim HealthCare is seeking a Registered Nurse for in-home supervisory visits to VA clients across CA counties. Work flexible hours and set your own schedule while delivering professional nursing care during home visits.

You will review plans of care, educate clients, and coach families on care and safety, with travel and per-visit compensation included. CA RN license and CPR certification are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active CA RN license.
• CPR certification, Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen.
• Knowledge of state regulations for CA home health.

Responsibilities

• Provide home-based visits to review plan of care and update as needed.
• Educate clients on their plan of care.
• Coach family members on the client’s plan of care and home safety.
• Communicate client changes and provide an updated plan to the office team.
