Job summary

Willapa Harbor Care in Raymond, WA is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our warm, home-like facility. You will provide attentive nursing care to assigned patients and support families while upholding the highest standards of resident well-being.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring and documenting patient status, assisting with admissions, transfers and discharges, and collaborating with the health-care team on care plans.

Responsibilities
