The Dalles Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee nursing care for our residents. You will supervise staff, ensure adherence to care plans, and perform general nursing duties in a CMS 5-Star facility.

Full-time positions for Day and NOC shifts are available. Weekend availability is required, with a $3.00 NOC shift differential. Competitive wages and outstanding benefits are offered to support our compassionate care team.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing school.
