Three Rivers Care in Centralia, WA is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time position. The facility offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a competitive pay range of $40.00 - $43.00 per hour DOE, with benefits and eligibility for a full benefits package.

The RN will provide nursing care, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to plan and evaluate patient care. A current WA RN license, CPR/First Aid, and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

• Required RN license (WA) and current practice.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to assess and respond to patient needs with clinical judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Reinforces health instructions to patients and families.
• Participates in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care.
• Assists in admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports vital signs and patient condition.
• Records patient responses in charts.
• Assists with unit management or assumes charge as assigned.

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned
• Reinforce supports and provides health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)
• Records on patient charts observation of patients' responses to nursing care rendered
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned

Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications and Skills:

• Current and Valid RN license
• Excellent interpersonal skills

• In-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations
