Job summary

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring and documenting patient status, assisting with admissions, transfers and discharges, and collaborating with the health-care team on care plans.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned
• Administer, observe, and record medications, treatments, signs, symptoms, and general condition of patient
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assist in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned
