Job summary

Complete Care is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team in Wisconsin. This role offers full-time and part-time options with competitive wages, daily pay options, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will provide hands-on care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, manage MAR/TAR orders, and coordinate with physicians to ensure resident safety and quality care in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Wisconsin RN license in good standing.
• Experience in skilled nursing (SNF), long-term care (LTC), or sub-acute care is preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, emergency response, and interpersonal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Care & Safety: Deliver compassionate, hands-on care, administering medications and treatments with 100% precision following physician orders.
• Order & EHR Management: Accurately transcribe physician orders to MAR/TAR and maintain meticulous electronic health records as an RN.
• Unit Supervision: Direct, lead, and mentor LPNs and CNAs on your shift to foster a culture of safety and excellence.
• Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to resident condition changes and emergencies, coordinating with physicians.
