Complete Care Management in Wisconsin seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our elite clinical team on the third shift full-time, with part-time first shift opportunities. Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for residents and families, ensuring 5-star care standards.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of assessments and interventions.
• Transcribe physician orders to MARs and manage pharmacy notifications for adjustments.
• Safely prepare and administer medications and complex treatments as ordered.
• Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and therapy teams to update care plans.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must possess an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead a team and remain calm under pressure.
• Experience: Long-term care or sub-acute experience is preferred, but we welcome all nurses passionate about geriatric care.
