Job summary

Complete Care at Grande Prairie in Pleasant Prairie, WI is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full‑time, 2nd shift. Join a compassionate team dedicated to high-quality healthcare and resident advocacy while delivering clinical excellence.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with the IDT to update care plans, while mentoring LPNs and CNAs and ensuring accurate EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered RN license eligible to practice in Wisconsin.
• Strong computer literacy and experience with EHR software.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments and make sound clinical decisions.
• Compassionate bedside manner and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience in Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facilities is preferred; motivated new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Administer medications and specialized treatments per physician orders and care plans.
• Assessment & Monitoring: Use advanced clinical skills to report and document resident conditions; notice changes in status.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure nursing activities align with local, state, and federal guidelines and facility policies.
• Leadership: Provide clinical oversight to LPNs and CNAs, promoting safety and high-quality bedside care.
• Documentation: Maintain precise EHRs to ensure seamless hand-offs.
• Collaboration: Work with the Interdisciplinary Team to update care plans and support resident wellness.
