Bedford Care Centers seeks a Nurse Supervisor to oversee Nurses and Nurse Aides in a long-term care facility. You will ensure compliant resident care across units, plan, organize, and supervise nursing activities while maintaining excellent communication with Residents, Employees, and Physicians.
You will lead rounds with doctors, assess residents, coordinate transport, and ensure accurate charting per guidelines. Strong leadership and a compassionate approach to elder care are essential.

Supervises, organizes and directs the work of Nurses and Nurse Aides in Long-Term Care Facility compliant with Company Policies, State, Federal Laws and Regulations ; must be able to plan, organize, and supervise one or more Nursing Units; must have excellent oral and written communication skills and a sincere desire to work with the elderly; must sustain the cooperation of others; must communicate courteously and respectfully with Employees, Residents and others.
RN License in good standing in State of Mississippi; must possess or obtain TB Certification within first year of accepting position; prefer experience in Long-Term Care Nursing Supervision with comprehensive knowledge of Long-Term Care Nursing principles and practices and their relation to medical practices, skills and application; must pass drug screens and have a satisfactory Criminal History Background Check
