Job summary

Bedford Care Center seeks a compassionate Certified Nurse Aide to provide direct care for long-term residents, focusing on ADLs and ensuring residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being.

The role involves assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges, coordinating with nursing and other departments, promptly responding to call lights, and interpreting residents’ verbal and non-verbal cues to meet their needs.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain current Nurse Aide Certification in good standing with MS Department of Health, Division of Licensure and Certification

• Assists with new admits, transfers and discharges
• Communicates with Nursing Department co-workers and other Departments to meet needs of Residents
