Job summary
Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our integrated behavioral healthcare team in Arizona.
The RN provides comprehensive nursing care, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and ensures orders from medical practitioners are executed while communicating barriers to care to supervisors and physicians. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in nursing, an Arizona license (or compact/licensed eligible within 90 days), and 1–3 years of health care experience
Qualifications
- Associate degree required to practice as an RN.
- Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement or specialty roles.
- 1-3 years of health care experience with exposure to behavioral/medical crisis situations preferred.
- Active Arizona RN license, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90 days.
Responsibilities
- The RN works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients.
- The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.

CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.
The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate
- Required: Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- 1-3 years of Health Care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred
- Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90-days
