Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our integrated behavioral healthcare team in Arizona.
The RN provides comprehensive nursing care, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and ensures orders from medical practitioners are executed while communicating barriers to care to supervisors and physicians. The ideal candidate has an associate degree in nursing, an Arizona license (or compact/licensed eligible within 90 days), and 1–3 years of health care experience

The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate
