Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Registered Nurse to join a multidisciplinary team and provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients in our behavioral health programs.

The RN will carry out physician orders, communicate barriers, and supervise LPNs and other staff as appropriate, while supporting crisis intervention and evidence-based practices. Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited school of nursing.
• 1-3 years of health care related experience with exposure to behavioral and medical crisis situations preferred.
• Current and in good standing Arizona Board of Nursing License, or compact license accepted, or license-eligible within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• The RN works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to assigned patients.
• The RN will carry out orders from the medical practitioner and communicate any barriers to providing service to supervisor and attending medical practitioner.
• The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate.

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) works as part of a multidisciplinary team and is responsible for all nursing care provided to their assigned patients. The RN is also responsible for carrying out orders from the medical practitioner and to communicate any barriers to providing service immediately to his or her supervisor and attending medical practitioner. The RN will delegate and supervise the implementation of specific tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses, and unlicensed assistive personnel as appropriate
