Roosevelt Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles with 3p-11p shifts and daily pay options. The facility offers Baylor shifts on weekends and a competitive hourly rate of $37–$46, all-inclusive.

Responsibilities include delivering skilled nursing care, monitoring residents, and maintaining thorough documentation. Qualified candidates hold PA RN licensure, BLS certification, and the ability to manage multiple residents in a

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident care per physician's plan and written plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per care plan.
• Monitor and promptly report changes in residents’ conditions to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation per physician orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated resident care.
• Ensure infection control, safety and nursing regulations compliance.

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
