Job summary

Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our sub-acute and long-term care team. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities (3p-11p) with daily pay and competitive hourly wages.

The RN will provide skilled clinical care, monitor residents, follow individualized care plans, administer medications, and document accurately, while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and upholding our core values of Passion, Respect,

Qualifications

• Active PA RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident care per standards and written plan of care.
• Follow care plans developed by Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per plan of care.
• Monitor residents, report changes to clinical team.
• Maintain complete, accurate documentation per orders and policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for high-quality care.
• Ensure infection control and safety regulatory compliance.

Daily Pay!

$37/hr - $46/hr (all-inclusive)

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
