Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles in a 90-bed sub-acute and long-term care facility. The position offers daily pay, with an hourly rate of $37–$46 all-inclusive.

The RN will deliver skilled nursing care, monitor residents, and ensure care plans are followed in accordance with standards and regulatory requirements. Qualified candidates hold a PA RN license, BLS certification, and possess strong assessment,

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident care in accordance with standards and physician plan of treatment.
• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.
• Administer medications and treatments per the care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly to the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per orders and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and nursing regulations.

$37/hr - $46/hr (all-inclusive)

Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering skilled clinical care, monitoring resident conditions, and ensuring all care is provided in accordance with established standards and individualized care plans.

Responsibilities for Registered Nurse (RN):

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician’s plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care.

• Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager.

• Perform medication administration and treatments in accordance with the plan of care (POC).

• Monitor and assess residents’ conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care.

• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations.

Qualifications for Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of PA.

• Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.

• Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
